Travelers Tales: [My dear friends our next stop around the Greek islands is the lovely island of Leipsoi. Leipsoi is actually a complex of 30 islands which consist of 24 islets and 6 rocks at the northern part of the Dodecanese near to Patmos and Leros. The biggest island which is located in the center of the complex is called Leipsoi and is inhabited by around 800 residents. I found myself there exactly 10 years ago during the mission of the Municipality of Karavas of Cyprus for twinning with the Μunicipality of Leipsoi. We took a flight from Athens to Kos and then with a catamaran to Leipsoi. The island is also connected with Piraeus (too long distance though), Leros, Patmos and Samos. Leipsoi is really an island for relaxing holidays with blue and white background that has not been touched by tourism.
